The Empty Venue01
Empty industrial warehouse with exposed brick walls, steel beams, and concrete floors bathed in early morning light before event setup

Domino Warehouse, Williamsburg — 6:14am, day before the event

The room
is the menu.

Most caterers arrive the morning of. We arrive days before — measuring ceiling heights, reading the light, understanding how the space breathes before 200 guests fill it.

A 40-foot communal table under Edison bulbs demands food that looks sculptural. A rooftop loft in September calls for courses that match the temperature drop between the first toast and the last dance. We don't bring a menu to your venue — we find it there.

The Consultation02

We read
spaces the way
chefs read
seasons.

Every consultation begins with the venue, not the menu. We walk the floor, study the natural light at the hour of service, and note what the architecture asks for — then we build.

Ingredient Sourcing03

5:30am at the market.
Your guests arrive
at 7pm.

Every ingredient is sourced within 150 miles and selected the morning of. Not because it's a talking point — because food that's been sitting for three days tastes like it's been sitting for three days, and your guests will know.

Voices from the room04

The people who
hired us once
hire us again.

Margot Delacroix, event producer with brown hair, light blue blazer, against neutral background

"They walked our venue twice before we even discussed food. The final menu referenced the building's history as a brass foundry — a detail none of our guests forgot."

James Okonkwo, creative director in charcoal shirt with natural light from the side

"We've done brand launches in five boroughs. Gather is the only team that asked about ceiling height before asking about the budget."

Priya Nambiar, wedding planner in warm-toned dress with dark hair, soft background

"My couple wanted the food to feel as raw and honest as their venue. Gather delivered a 5-course menu that looked like it grew out of the concrete floor."

Daniel Reyes, brand experiences director with close-cropped hair and confident expression

"The canapés arrived looking like small sculptures. Our client asked who our art director was — it was the chef."
